Social Enterprise

Circular reasoning
brings assault to the front.
Pressure to conform;
being different is too blunt.

Thought bubbles
reveal the homogenous threat.
Outliers exist,
covered in a blanket of fret.

Powerful cliques
spread the agenda far and wide.
Leaving outsiders,
contemplating a rise or hide.

Influential peers
hold primary responsibility.
Speak loud and clear,
encourage social plasticity.
